The temple situated at Puzhikunu , Alathiyoor in Malappuram district. Lord Shiva is the main deity of this temple. Shivaratri Maholsavam , Pradhishtta Dhinam in Uthram Nakshatra in Meena month are celebrated in this temple in every year. Lord MahaVishnu , Ganapathy , Dhanwanthari Moorthi and Sasthavu are the sub deities of this temple.
