The temple situated at Perunthuruthi in Malappuram district. Goddess Bhadrakali is the main deity of this temple. Lord Sastha, Vanadurga and Iraveendran are the sub deities. Annual festival conducted here in every year. Meena masam anizham nakshatra is puna prathishta dinam.
