The temple situated at Moothanthara, Vadakkanthara in Palakkad district. Bhagavathy and Shivan are the main deities of this temple. Soorya Devan, Ayyappan, Nagar, Chamundeshwari, Sreekrishnan, Bhairavan, Aalthara Ganapathy and Aalthara Nagathara are the sub deities. Annual festival celebrated here in every year. Maha Shivarathri is one of the main festival of this temple.
