The temple situated at Venthapalayam, Kozhinjampara, Athicode in Palakkad district. Kodungallur Bhagavathi is the main deity of this temple. Bhadrakali, Nagangal, Muthumariamman, Ganapathi and Khandakarnan are the sub deities. Annual festival celebrated here in every year.
