The temple situated at Mankurussi, Bharathakkad, Mankara in Palakkad district. Muduppullil Bhagavathi is the main deity of this temple. Ayyappan, Kali, Nagangal and Muthachan are the sub deities. Annual festival celebrated here in every year.
