The world's first Kubera Temple where Sankhunidhi and Padmanidhi are combined. The world is at the cusp of possibilities and prosperity. All it needs is an invitation and an invocation. We are blessed to be at a time when Science and Spirituality are intermingling and finding it seamless to exchange ideas, inventions and explore the metaphysics of wealth generation. Generation of wealth using subtle secrets preserved in the past has been reignited by Holistic Human Metaphysics. HHM is a combination of spirituality, practicality, and science which gives one a sense of purpose to life. In the Laws of Tantra, the foremost important thing is Sankalpa which means thought with a purpose. The seed of this Kubera temple lies in Sankalpa of Dr. T.P Jayakrishnan , inventor of HHM. This makes the temple unique and different from other temples. The purpose of every deity in this temple is different and hence praying methods too. The devotees are given proper guidance to pray to each and every deity in a proper scientific manner according to temple rituals. This makes the Sankalpa and hence the temple stand out, to be purposeful in the current era.
Dreaming about a prosperous life is a pleasure by itself. Yet, there are a few factors that force us to take a break from such dreams since most of us consider that acquiring wealth is a grave sin. Society, at large, also condemns those who work tirelessly towards building a prosperous life. This is happening, probably because we believe wealth is an impediment to spiritual progress. But we should know that our Vedas or Shastras are not against a prosperous life. They do not prohibit acquiring wealth. If so Adi Sankara would not have implored Goddess Lakshmi to bless his birthplace with prosperity.
It is this thought that has inspired us to establish a temple for Lord Kubera and open it to the public. Kubera Temple of Economics, perhaps, would be the first of its kind in the entire world – a temple that assimilates the science of economics and spirituality.
A poor person when comes to Kubera Temple, the deities bless him in such a way that he gets a plan to come out from that poverties which is the main reason behind all the Adharma of evils. Once he gets out of it, then he can directly go to attain Moksha or to a higher spiritual space. This temple will give immense wealth so that they can be a Thyagi, Mahan. In our culture, we have the concept of Moksha because India already had material abundance. Thereby they gave preference for Moksha.
Right now the situation is quite different. The population and the country is not in such a situation where we can earn for Moksha for every person. So for each individual to attain Moksha, he should be strong, self-disciplined as well as self-dependent. This temple gives a proper direction and guides him to lead successful lives. Once a person becomes successful he would be able to help others in need. Thereby they would be able to use their energy and their intelligence for much better things, serving Humanity. So in that way, this temple serves the whole world by helping the individual who comes to worship here.
To build a stable and sustainable society based on unconditional love, mutual respect and dharma through the practice of spirituality and financial discipline – Kutecon temple is built on this foundation.
We have four dieties; one is Lakshmi Vinayaka, Lakshmi as Kanakadhara, Krishna as Rajagopala and Kubera. Such a Kubera temple is very rare in Kerala where Lord Kubera is facing towards southern direction. Each dietiy has got a particular Dharmma or Purpose in this temple structure. Every temple aims for the happiness of the people. Happiness will always come with the attainment of Purusharthas. If you want to be happy you should attain Purusharthas. The first Purushartha is Dharmma. According to Koutilya, the next most important Purushartha is Artha which is wealth. Artha is very important because without artha it is difficult for other purusharthas to be attained or maintained. So this temple is not just for Dharmma, it is meant for Dharmma, Artha, Kama and Moksha. In this concept, we have these four dieties.
Lakshmi Vinayaka is one who directs us in the way of prosperity. Vinayaka will direct us and guide us to Lakshmi. It is very important for a normal person to attain wealth, to sustain wealth and to increase wealth and lead a successful life. Vinayaka will remove all the obstacles in the path and direct us towards wealth actually is. This will be different for different people. For each person, when they come to the Dhananatha temple, and bow down in front of Vinayaka, that idea of right direction will come to their mind. That is the purpose of Lakshmi Vinayaka.
In the sthava of anakadhara, Aadhishankara is “Asmin Akinjana Vihanga Shisho Vishanne”. Akinjana means one who has nothing or one who can be considered as a daridra. For that poor person, what he firstly needs is wealth that is why Swami Vivekanandha says that you need to have something then only you can do thyaga or sacrifice. The entire concept of sanathana dharmma or the Vedic dharma is based on thyaga. But to do thyaga you should be self abundant. That will be the first step to do thyaga. Lakshmi will shower her blessings in the form of Kanakadhara, limitless wealth flow because Lakshmi is mother and mother doesn’t know to limit something when she is giving to her children. That is the purpose of Lakshmi. Same concept is behind the process of “Dhanmavahini” also. Vahini means pravaha, a flow like. Wealth is important when there is a flow associated to wealth. When it is coming in a flow, people will be able to do great things with wealth. So that is the purpose of lakshmi
Gopala means shepherd. Rajagopala means the King among the shepherd. Once we have wealth, there is a high chance that we may be misled and we may misuse the wealth. The wealth can also be used for many devilish purposes. So that is where Krishna’s worship becomes prominent. As he is a shepherd, he takes us in the right path. As we are the folks, the sheeps, he will take us along the right path. So we will be able to use our wealth properly. If not used properly, wealth is a burden. Even if you are a king, Rajagopala directs you how to use wealth in a proper way.
Kubera is Nidhipathy. He holds the padmanidhi and the shankha nidhi. The material wealth and immaterial wealth. Once you are using the wealth in the right path, as directed by Rajagopala, then the wealth increases, abundance will be there. Because once the wealth is used in the right path, then Kubera or Vithesha will bless us with abundance and it follows.
