The temple situated at Pattiparambu, Thiruvilwamala in Thrissur district. Sree Mariamman is the main deity of this temple. Ganapathi, Mahavishnu, Nagangal, Navagraham, Sree Dharmashasthavu and Karuppu swami are the sub deities. Annual festival celebrated here in every year.
