The temple situated at Thazhekkad, Kallettumkara in Thrissur district. Vishnumaya, Bhadrakali, Karinkutty, Veerabhadran, Panikkarachan, Muthappan, Muthi, Muthuprakkal, Mani Nagam, Rakshas and Durga Devi are the deities of this temple. Many special poojas are performed here for devootees. Annual festival celebrated here in every year.
