The temple situated at Karimkunnam in Idukki district. Sree Dharmashastha is the main deity of this temple. Kiratha Shiva Parvathy , Ganapathi , Nagam are the sub deities. Sarppa Pooja , Noorum Paalum , Uma Maheshwara Pooja and Ashttadrevya Ganapathi Homam are some offerings of this temple. Prethishtta Dhinam celebrated here in Malayalam month Midhunam ( Uthram Nakshathra).
