The temple situated at Thengamam in Pathanamthitta district. Bhadra devi is the main deity of this temple. Shivan, Shasthavu, Nagarajavu, Nagayakshi, Yakshi, Gandharvan, Kandakarnan, Bhairavan and Yogeeshwaran are the sub deities. Annual festival celebrated here in every year.
