The temple situated at Edakkad in Kollam district. The main deities are Durga, Bhadra and Gopalakrishnan. Lord Ganesha , Lord Murukan . Lord Ayyappa , Lord Shiva , Brahmarakshas,NagaRaja & Naga Yakshi are the sub deities of this temple. Kettungal family enjoys certain privileges like the Kalasam, Vedi Vazhipad and the right to depute two family members to Malanada temple administration committee. The 'Kalasakkaran' accompany 'Oorali' along with 'Naluveedanmar' on Malakkuda day.
